One of the worst hotel in Lucknow city and anywhere I have went, Staff's behavior is very unprofessional and their services as well. I will never recommend this hotel to anybody., there are many other hotels in the area that budget friendly and have good service as well. Don't get fool by the pictures of this hotel, its nothing as it looks. Rooms are dirty, bedsheets are torn etc., Hotel staff is not well-behaved and they have no clue about hospitality. They ask for extra payment if your a minute early before check-in and a minute after check out. I vow never to go her again and would never recommend to anyone.

Recently booked this property in Lucknow for the day of WC match but we were denied check-in due to unavailability of the rooms as if "confirmed booking" wasn't sufficient and the payment had already been done. After being reassured that refund would be processed from OYO, we found another hotel for the stay. But now the hotel manager is denying us the refund and claims the check-in was completed when we didn't even stay there and denies to provide any proof of his claims. Not only the property manager but the customer executive staff also fails to provide any support and continues to comment that the refund can't be processed. Such an unethical encounter with this property and it's staff. Never recommending OYO for anyone's stay or even if you go for it, never make a pre-payment. Always pay at the hotel. These properties are not trust worthy.

Worst hotel you that you can select to stay in. The staff is very rude and unprofessional, they deny entry even if the booking is done and also confirmed even after talking to the person at the reception. Have to give 1 star as less than that is not possible. Not at all recomended.

This is the worst hotel in Lucknow city, i will give zero rating specially because of its staff behaviour and their services. I shall never recommend this hotel for any body. Not a single staff is well-behaved and they have no idea of hospitality. They ask for extra payment and they are never cooperative. Out of my thousands of hotel experience this one is the worst one.
