Hotel deny to take booking as they didn't able to take booking at showing price and customer support not able to transfer my Booking because I paid earlier and neither cancel my bookings and hotel asking for 500 more to get stay and receptionist behaviour was so rude .

I had a TERRIBLE experience with this Hotel. We booked through Oyo and when we reached this place they literally denied to let us have our room and told us to contact Oyo regarding the problem saying that they are not ok with the offer given by Oyo and so we will not be allotted the room. It was literally harassment. If they are not fine with the Oyo offer then they must withdraw their contract with oyo why would they unnecessarily harass their customers like this? Horrible. Hotel room was also terrific, very small room and bathroom and almost no ventilation.

About hotel it is decent to stay but no water for drinking only packaged bottle available in inhouse restaurant out side food not allowed it is very bed thing in hotel policy.

This was my worst experienced ever in oyo hotels...when i'm booking hotel its 450rs for 1 night and it booked also in app....then i gone to hotel there receptionist men tell we can't provideo you hotel you have to give 450rs extra to stay in hotel, i said i booked the hotel in app at 6pm and i want to stay only for 1 night and i will checkout at 8am morning but he didn't agree. And i asked what was about my money 450rs which i spend for booking, he said it will not refund....this is too bad if you can't give room in that price then why are you fooling people...its ridiculous😓
