The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Please give your staff awards! The lift is recently inaugurated. All major points are nearby. Keep up the good work Arjun!

UNPROFESSIONALISM=PINETREE It was my second time visiting the property but at least last time i was lucky to get a room this time i already before my arrival as i was going to do early check-in i asked property manager whether i can come or not and they asked me to come after my arrival they denied of having any room later on after discussion conclusion was they will provide me the room but will charge early check-in i said ok no issues although mistake was made totally from their end but still and after filling the form one of thier employee told me no we won't won't be able to provide you with a room..... really pathetic place for stay it better to stay in nahargarh very better room much experienced staff atleast they know what they are doing and how they are suppose to entertain any customer.

We book 3 rooms 3-4 days earlier from oyo room and when we reach at the hotel(oyo 479 townhouse) they said we were overbooked. The Hotel management said it's oyo company policy if any guest arrives earlier you can give them a room even if another had paid in advance for that room. Also, the staff of the hotel was rude and was continuously changing their statement regarding their and oyo's blunder. Without any information or prior notice, they gave our room to someone else due to that my family had to find another hotel. To oyo 479 townhouse and management staff, don't reply that there is no record in our name in the hotel, we had taken a video also of your staff's behavior if you need we will send our booking details and video also
