Rooms are decent with nice interiors but the staff behaved rudely and have no respect or minimum manners towards customers

I had visited for a day with my family and cousins. The hotel room is excellent and maintained neatly The only issue which I faced is while check-in. Hotel staff 3 people will not be allowed in one room even if you are from one family. They will only allow if 3 people are having the same surname and we got to know it after reaching the hotel. We cannot cancel the booking as it is prepaid and non refundable. So either you need to adjust the 3rd person some where else or you need to sacrifice your money. And most importantly it's really too tough to get the room nearby instantly. It would be better if the hotel mentions the rules and restrictions in all websites or apps where booking is allowed so that there will not be last minute surprises So do contact the hotel before making a booking/payment so that you can save your money if you are not comfortable with the restrictions.

We are in search of a hotel in hyderabad which helps us to stay comfortably for vacation in hyderabad and the Rcc pride was the best option we went for. I really liked the hotel and the hospitality of the staff here. You can surely go for it.
