Never book this property. I was traveling with my wife and kid along with 2 other families. It was the worst experience of our travelling life. We had booked three rooms for 26 Dec 2022. Checkin time was 02.00 pm onwards. When we reached around 03.30 pm, the rooms were still not ready. When the rooms were finally cleaned and allotted, to our complete shock, one room was not having attached bathroom (In the booking, deluxe room with bathroom is clearly mentioned). When we enquired, we were directed to use the common bathroom down the hall. Our request for another room was denied saying that all other rooms are already occupied. They assured us that the common bathroom is for our use only and no one else will be using it. When we checked the bathroom, we found that one of the ventilator pane was missing and people can see inside. We asked them to cover it up, which they were reluctant to do. When, I became angry, they finally covered it up using a garbage bag. Since, we wanted to stay together with our friends, we reluctantly decided to take the room. We complained to the online booking site Goibibo through which we had made the booking. All they did was initiate a conference call with someone who claimed to be incharge of the property. That person apologized for the inconvenience, but made no effort to allot another room or provide a refund. However, things did not end here. Next day morning, when we went to use the bathroom, to our utter horror, we found that the security person was using our bathroom. When I went in search of the caretaker, he was nowhere to be found. Finally, we found someone else who was somehow connected to the property and complained to him. When I asked him to make arrangements to clean the bathroom, he was asking us to wait till the caretaker comes back. When I started shouting, he made the security guard clean up the bathroom, The security guard just made a show of cleaning the bathroom and left. Afterwards, it felt like using a public bathroom. Long story short, our vacation was totally ruined because of misrepresented facts by the owner, unverified facts by online booking site Goibibo and totally unprofessional service staff who uses the property like their own house.
