We were allotted room in first floor. Full of tobacco strains. Curtains blackened with smoke stains. No dustbins. No cook. No food. Had to order outside. The manager was very irresponsible. Very very bad experience.

Worst experience. Hotel is on 2nd floor and there is no lift. You have to carry your stuff by yourself. No toiletries, rooms are very dirty. Spider webs are there. The worst thing is you can't sleep peacefully as lots of noise is there (trains are passing, lots of traffic noise) Staff is very rude and non-corporative. They are ready to fight if you raise your concern. I stayed there on 20th dec. And i was unable to sleep as there were lots of noise so I asked the satff to change our room. They denied that and said they don't have any other room.. So I asked for a solution as I was unable to sleep in harsh noise and they said they don't have any solution so I asked for the refund and they were ready to give 50% of the amount. Which was not acceptable to me as we stayed only for 30min there. Then there was some heated conversation going on and then they ready to refund full amount. And when we were leaving the room They allege us for stealing setup box. We asked them to check our luggage and when they checked and did not found anything there. I have never seen this kind of behaviour anywhere else. So, I suggest you guys not to get trapped with the fake reviews shared by other people. If there is possibility to give the rating in negative I would have given -10/10.

Worst experience altogether. I booked this hotel because of the proximity to the Ma Kamakhya Temple but I had worst experience with them. They don't know how to behave with the guests. They didn't provide any toiletries. The bedsheets were dirty. Room and washroom were having spider webs. The photos available on Google are old one. So, I suggest you guys to beware of the fake reviews that are available on Google.
