We checked in yesterday afternoon… Good things- -Ambience is good. -Rooms are big and clean - employees personally are good.. Bad things- - Service is not up to the mark as per value they charge. - we need hot water in the morning (as we have to check out around 7 am morning) but not there… no one available at the reception for complaint… we have to bath with the cold water only… no revert & consideration from the management… So, please check first all these things before check in….

Stayed for couple of days in October with family. It’s a beautiful place with big rooms nicely adorned with paintings and artifacts. Service was good but can’t really be compared with big chain hotels. Food was strictly average but restaurant staff were courteous. Tribal museum which probably is one of the best places in Khajuraho is just next door.

1)Awesome property absolute royal stay 2)Very gud service 3)Polite staff 4)Value for money 5)Specially GM sir and pradeep Mishra ji provide a perfect blend of professional and familiar atmosphere that make u feel soo comfortable. 6)Also everyone in staff is soo attentive and friendly behaviour make u feel free to explore properly and enjoy . 7) most important very clean and fragranced rooms and stay were offered by the hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at SYNA Heritage Hotel in Khajuraho, and my overall experience was a mixed one. First and foremost, the property itself is a work of art. SYNA Heritage Hotel seamlessly combines traditional Indian architecture with elements of Greek decor, creating a truly unique atmosphere. The attention to detail in the design and aesthetics of the hotel is commendable. I was captivated by its beauty. The service at SYNA Heritage Hotel was also satisfactory . The staff members were courteous and attentive. However, the major and, unfortunately, the only drawback of our stay was the food. Considering the high standards set by the property's architecture and service, I had high expectations for the dining experience. Regrettably, the food did not live up to these expectations. While the menu offered a variety of options, the quality of the dishes, as well as their taste, left much to be desired. It was a disappointment to have such a striking property and excellent service not matched by the culinary offerings. Furthermore, our initial experience at the hotel was marred by difficulties in locating the hotel's signboard. It took us some time to find the property, which was a bit of an inconvenience. Additionally, our air conditioner appeared to function properly only after a delay of approximately three hours, which was less than ideal.
