worst ever experience staff need to learn how to behave or deal with the customers. No wifi service in the hotel Rude behaviour of the staff No basic toiletries items were provided People come to Andaman to have fun,to celebrate Anniversaries and honeymoon a bunch of restrictions in the hotel made tourists realise that it was a mistake to book this hotel like there is no food before 7.30 tourists are not allowed to sing in the live music. I recommend everything pl don't waste your money. They will make your trip worst.

Great property with swimming pool and beachfront, not sure about how the beach facing rooms are but we got the backside room and it was really clean and tidy, they provided kettle for hot watet tea coffee etc . The food was good and kitchen staff was also helpful . The beach was not clean though , lot of plastic debre , they had live singing show in the evening and the ambience was really good. would recommend this hotel.

Not a great stay over here.Rooms were so so .There was no room service available even for basic things such as drinking water.Staffs were not approachable, reluctant to answer any basic queries.Also improper information collected by the hotel staffs.inspite of advance payment for dinner they refused to give dinner.I would never recommend any friends,family to put up in this resort ever. Not worth the money. Only positive side of the resort is the beach view from the pool side.

Room are not categorically defined properly by the hotel .Premium room is less than 100 sqft .Not sure by which angle it is premium. Hotel stuff is rude and not much helpful that might be because most of the rooms are booked by tourist company and they are aware nothing can be done as they blame travel company and company blame them Room does not have wifi ,d2h and network so you cant spend much time in the room as there is nothing to do Also restaurant food and staff are worst . I got non beg instead of veg and when they change the order to veg the curry has a plastic cap in it. Coming to the beach , there is not much seating space but the question is how much time you want to spend on beach on bright sunny hot day . Overall if you are looking for a leisure day in Neil , there is not much to do in this resort so it is not advisable. PS -Please check the room size before booking with any travel company
