Thayamkery’s Royal Inn Hotel provided a unique and exceptional experience. Despite my late check-in at 2:00 am and early check-out at 12:15 pm, they ensured a warm welcome. The room and washroom were impeccable, with the AC working perfectly to keep me comfortable. They had all the essentials covered – from shampoo, body wash, and a toothbrush with toothpaste to towels and soap. My stay was incredibly relaxing, and I had a good night's sleep. In the morning, the coffee was just the way I liked it, and they even provided a bottle of water. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Two courteous gentlemen greeted me during check-in, and during check-out, two lovely ladies provided a smooth and delightful experience, complete with a wrapped gift. Overall, my stay at Thayamkery’s Royal Inn Hotel was nothing short of great – a blend of comfort, convenience, and thoughtful gestures that made it truly unique.

Had a good stay at Thayamkery's , the rooms and bathrooms were well cleaned, bed sheets & pillows were also fresh. Toiletries like tooth paste,brush, shampoo etc are provided. I had chosen their breakfast option, which was really tasty and fresh. Their service was also lovely, with really friendly staff at reception. The location is also nice with Lulu mall, metro, restaurants etc being at a walkable distance from the Hotel.

Had a comfortable stay here with family. Very friendly staff. Even though the parking was a little bit away the staff were all around when needed. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Quiet atmosphere, Overall a very good experience.

I have a very bad opinion about this hotel. Me and my family stayed at this hotel for one night. There were two stupid Bengalis on the reservation dusk. I spent 2200 rupees for the room. They gave me a very bad room. The bed spring was out. Haven't had a good night's sleep. They provide car parking facility in a dirty place. They were giving complimentary breakfast in the morning, It was very scary. It was the same Bengalis that I saw last night to give me breakfast in the morning. The breakfast area smelled of cat litter and was an unbearable situation. While we were having breakfast, an ugly cat passed under the chair we were sitting on.The Bengali who served us breakfast took the cat in his hand and patted it and sent it out. Seeing this, we immediately stopped eating breakfast. They do not care about how to treat the customers who come to the hotel and what facilities to provide
