We stayed in valley side facing room and it was excellent. We could see snow hill, river beas from garden area . The room was clean and well maintained. All toiletries were provided. Centralized heater was good. The food was also excellent. Please ask for the portion before ordering, because they serve in large portions. Also we were enjoying the Gala party. The service staff and also the help desk were very helpful. Thanks for making our trip memorable.

One of the very best hotels in Manali. The location of the hotel is like 3-4 kms from mall road but the view this hotel offers is just amazing . There is river flowing next to the hotel along with full mountain views in one of most mesmerizing thing to see. The hotel offers every facility including bar and live music (on weekends) with a large open space. Service is also really awesome and staff is very supportive. I really had a very nice stay and would love to visit again.

This has been my second stay with Allure Grand and I am sure would be my last one as the hotel has gone below average in all aspects. I had booked 3 rooms 20 days ago and they had promised good river view rooms which they have even charged me for. But when I had reached the property they have allotted me their worst ever rooms on ground floor with frustrating chimney sound and no view at all. We travelled in a ground and out of three rooms two were like this. When we had raised the issue they had promised to accommodate later. I had made the advance payment considering they can never go against their word but the moment the payment was made, they again allotted me the valley view with a road view. The management is extremely poor now and service is also delayed like anything Food spread and taste have gone super down. Two of our family members have got severe food poisoning after having their breakfast. I would highly discourage anyone to visit this property now. If someone can say something and deliver something else then you should never trust them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. All they can do is ruin your family vacation. Never recommend Allure Grand to anyone of my family and friends. Even to those who want to spend wisely and get in return.
