Hotel looks nice overall, has a swimming pool, conference rooms, buffet area, garden etc. But, remember there is no complimentary breakfast along with the room, which is a let down. Every other hotel which charges even below 2k per day room rent offers a complimentary breakfast to keep the customers happy, but not this hotel. Conference room cost was told to us as 5k per day, with no coffee Tea served as part of the package. They charged us for even the coffees in the conference room. Ordered room service at 8 30 pm, and no sign of the food till 10 30 pm, until I called and checked. So, sorry.. I am not happy with this hotel or it's service. There are better ones around who are customer oriented.

The staff are friendly. Hotel looks like a boutique hotel. However, the cleaning can be improved. Staff may consider attending courses on cleaning such as removing stains on bedsheets, sofa , placemats etc or google for ways to remove stains. Even the toilet paper has yellow stains due to storage or could have been kept for too long. Dining area needs a scrub and fresh paint.

The reception team was commendable, but the breakfast serving team was severely understaffed, and the food quality was average. The aging property requires significant maintenance, especially the suite rooms, which are overpriced considering their condition

Hotel Hassan Ashok,the most sought after,breakfast is very disappinting. Uttapam which is a South Indian staple dosa was an extension of a normal dosa with onion bits sprinkled Hassan the bed of coffee was pathetic . Service at the breakfast table was catered to a special visiting guest. Rooms were good so was room service Rest all falls flat. Terms and conditions while waiting for your order boasts of munchies which never came. Loopholes many .have to work for the betterment and send back happy customers.
