The Atara is a surprisingly excellent hotel in a residential colony. Don’t be deterred by that since it contributes to a peaceful stay. The hotel is temperature controlled and cozy in this cold weather. The Staff is alert and service is impeccable. A special shout out to Manu who is a cheerful, informative & experienced vital member of the Atara team and ensured a week long stay feels like a home away from home. (Pro tip: Ask for him). The chef at Atara is one of the best in the hotel business and the food was excellent. Overall the neat and clean beds at Hotel Atara comes highly recommended as a stay.

Not less than a 5star property, ambiance is beautiful.. staff is very sweet to speak and services are quick. I stayed there for 20 days and it was best experience for me to be at Atara. Rooms are luxurious.. even the cheapest category is worth to be in. Very economic to stay and food quality is good. Ravi ji is very nice to deal with who is the manager there. If you are looking for weekends, holidays, or a corporate check in for n number of days. This is the RIGHT property to stay in 👍🏻

Hmm i booked this place because I liked the pictures and the luxury they claimed they are providing on the hotel booking app. But when I booked the place, the room that was allotted to me was a basic room even though I booked the super deluxe room. I got it changed then and there but the other room was also the same but slightly big in size. I paid for the super deluxe room but I felt like I was robbed of my money and given a basic room. Food options are costly. I mean for 4500/- there are many good hotels in the area. This is kind of misleading and cheating the customers. I wouldn't recommend nor book this place again.

I like it. Very good breakfast buffet at 8am, excellent cleaning, pleasant rooms, responsive reception. Located in a quiet residential area with comforting architectural styles near Sikanderpur Metro station, some Gurugram shopping malls and by city growth encircled old India Chakkarpur village. Outside air wasn't acutely irritating despite N99 mask as may be the case due to gases in more Northern parts of Delhi. Already stayed at the Atara Hotel twice. Second time clearly improved overall experience. Not necessarily everything always perfect, as can be expected in a frequented hotel, nevertheless as good as it needs to be. Keep it up!

Only complain with Atara is their AC duct needs thorough cleaning esp that of suite room. Otherwise it is impossible to remain in room. They do provide diffuser to infuse a good smell in the room but then the initial smell kills the overall ambience & experience of the person. The smell from duct is that of algae & is a must for their staff & management to take care about it. Otherwise from staff to breakfast experience all was good.
