This is the worst stay in a hotel I've experienced in my life. This is not a 4 star hotel at all, it doesn't deserve any star as well. There was no hot water available after 9 am, which was particularly inconvenient during the winter season when everyone needs warm water throughout the day. Coming back from work around 10-11 pm, the tap water was chillingly cold, making it impossible to take a bath before bedtime. Furthermore, the restaurant closed by 9:30 pm, forcing guests to order from Swiggy or Zomato for late-night meals. Even obtaining a simple water glass at night proved to be a challenge, as I was told they couldn't provide one since the restaurant was closed. To add to the disappointments, breakfast was limited to choosing only one item from a list, with no buffet service available, despite pictures on Google and MakeMyTrip suggesting otherwise. The only positive aspect was the staff's behavior, as they were unable to assist due to management-imposed rules.

One of the worst experiences I had during my stay here. I reached the hotel at 9.25pm on Saturday and I was immediately informed during check-in that the kitchen is closed. The reception and the helper offered to bring food from outside at extra premium cost. They demanded money in cash and no receipt given. They did not offer the keys to the room, rather they gave only visiting card of the hotel to be inserted in the key slot. Door was opened by masterkey by the staff. The staff called at odd hours of the night to tell me that I need to keep the used food utensils near the lift, and not to tell anyone about food being served in the room. Even the breakfast was not complementary. The receptionist took cash payment for the breakfast and did not give any bill. The toilet seat was broken, electric switches were broken. The look and feel of the entire place reminded me of the hotels back in 90's. Good thing worth mentioning: AC worked.

The lobby and the common areas are nice, but the rooms would definetely need a renovarion. Broken accessories, tore curtains, mould on the wall. The personnel was very extremely kind and always ready to help insteas. The only thing I would suggest is to make sure to collect the dishes left by the customers on the floor outside their rooms, quickly. Dirty dishes left on the corridor for hours are not a nice view. The fact tat International credit card were not accepted is a very big limit

In the name of continental Plan, where you pay extra money from your pocket for breakfast all you'll get is a capping of 250rs in which you have to eat. With limited options for eg - 200rs Poha and 60rs for a chai. This hotel is not at all recommended to travelers & business travelers because when you'll ask for the refund of your breakfast they'll just shun you off. You have more and more options in the capital, explore them.
