The best part of our stay was food. Although they take time to prepare almost all of it was five star quality, possibly best i had eaten in a long time at Hotel restaurants. The hotel was under still a bit of renovation but they are managing the process very well, no paint job smell or sounds. Everyone was cordial and helpful.

I have stayed here on multiple occasions before but this experience was bad. They are letting out freshly painted rooms full of acetone fumes. Wifi wasnt working. Plumbing is dilapidated. Food was shockingly horrible...consistently bad, from dinner to each breakfast item in a buffet. The check-in/checkout process moved at a glacial pace. Worst part was parking and the self important security was an absolute nuisance. He was very critical of my parking skills, and it seems he was doing rock gardening with the cars

I and my family stayed there for 3 days and we loved it! Will surely go back to stay there whenever I visit Puri next! The team Managing the Hotel is excellent! Food was very delectable and the Service of the Hotel staff was excellent 👌 Strongly recommend this Hotel to visitors traveling to Puri with family.

Perfectly located heritage property owned by Indian Railways and leased by Chanakya BNR. It is located just a few minutes away from Puri Railway station and Puri beach. There are rickshaws available outside the hotel to Shri Jagannath Temple. The property has great potential, however the rooms and amenities are a bit dated and could use some update. When we went one portion of the hotel was undergoing renovations. The staff is very helpful and eager to help. It was very pleasant experience despite being a short visit.
