The Cute Resort

The most worst experience. It's not at all a resort , you can call it a hotel with limited food . We wanted to stay there for four days but ended up checking out immediate next day before check out timings. Villa was not ready for check in , waited for 2 hours to check in while the cleaning staff was fighting with each other to clean the Villa. Old rug smell in the rooms n the phenol smell was there for 4 hours atleast. Cleanliness was not up to the mark . Toilets were not clean. Outside the rooms window they have stocked all beds , pillow, rugs , bedsheets on the floor dirtily. No hot water facility was provided even after complaining many times. Just imagine the stay in January without got water facility. Since we travelled with small baby with aged parents stay was very uncomfortable. Menu had only few options and also the complimentary breakfast was not good at all . Coffee n tea lacked milk n sugar . Restaurant was very dirty, files flying everywhere near restaurant area. Restaurant staff was not at all obliging. They behaved as if they are feeding us for free . Pathetic experience. Please don't consider this resort even for free of cost . Only the room service for water bottles was on time . Watchman was never available to open the resort gate . Don't know how this place is still running. Sri rangapatna is such a lovely place with so many sightseeing location which attracts many tourists in all seasons but resorts like this makes our experience worst . Prices are way too high for villa n their services. Total waste of money.

Good experience good location. Good Vibes. Only one Ac was not correct and water drop used to come out and makes more noise as Vehicle. Aprat from that everything was great.
