Great Value for Money Hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful, goes out of way to help, especially the guy at reception. Location is very prime and easily reached out by cabs. Rooms are clean and spacious,though linen can be little more clean. Restaurant prices are on higher side and there is also an attached bar and spa. Overall a great property. Would like to visit again.

If you want to sleep on blood stained bed sheets, which are also torn and hidden under blankets, good luck with staying at this hotel. We booked this hotel hoping to get a decent, clean bed to sleep a night but overall experience turned out to be a nightmare. All bed sheets, pillow covers, blanket covers etc had oil/ color/ blood stains and were yellow instead of white. When asked to change the sheets, the staff brought a decent white sheet after multiple tries. The feedback we got from the staff was - “sir our laundry company gives really bad service”. Question to management- if you are aware of a bad laundry vendor, why cant you fix the problem. I hope you understand this destroys your brand value - whatever you have. Anyhow- after 3 tries, the staff could not find a clean blanket cover so we decided to sleep without a blanket and ended up shivering and cold through the night. Not worth your buck and emotional stress. Stay away from railway station as most hotels have high turnover and don’t care as much about decent service.

Hotel is ok/good customer service The worst part is you have flies in rooms plus during night you can hear rats running across the ceiling of the room. While sitting in the restaurant too we have seen rats running at the corners of the wall. I feel if your with kids better to stay away because of rats, its a suggestion but call would be yours
