It's like a home away from home for us. They took care of our luggage while we were away, received parcels for us and helped us adeptly when we were in a frenzy to reach the railway station. The rooms and other places are all well kept and all the staff from gatekeeper to restaurant manager and especially the reception, are very polite and helpful. The Fern has the Mumbai magic of less words more practicality and service with ease.

Good Hotel near highway and airport. Great opportunity of guests and visitors since exhibition center in Mumbai. Rooms are good clean and well maintained. Serves good quality of food and service is satisfactory. Enough space at basement available for parking.

Tried their buffet, had gone with friends for dinner. Pretty good spread with mix of Indian and continental & Chinese for starters - main course and dessert. They have stone ice cream and very interesting flavour, only issue is if counter gets too crowded quality suffers as people get impatient. Good place for family get together.

Totally unprofessional behaviour by Management they don't consider the commitment seriously even after booking 3 days in advance for 17 PPL and just calling at earlier day and mentioning that we are overbooked and unable to provide the table. maintaing their own set of bookings for table and not referring to zomato at all. Don't book here you will not get surety of table availablity as till last moment they take table bookings offline and totally unprofessional staff. pathetic sevice not sure how the rest of the management is Dear Sir The my reservation was done three days in advance and one of my colleague was in constant touch with one of your executive from the 2nd day of booking till that nothing was informed. We were informed on last day at 10.30pm which was very unprofessional and didn't allowed any time for us to rearrange. Also the table provided was for and with condition of only 1 to 1.5 HR Max which if we reach by 12.30 need to be emptied by 2 under no circumstances was ready to be extended as the booking team had taken another appointment of some other group offline and zomato was totally ignored. Not sure why. If the choice provided was bit of adjusting we would have come but receiving such short notice rejection was frustrating and hence need to post the review like this. It's good to know that some note of the incident was taken and hoping for some improvement in the booking management so no such incident happen again. Thanks for the response
