Location n rooms are good but hygiene issues. The food taste was not up to the mark. Observed cockroaches on the table in dining area. Management should focus to upgrade quality and hygiene.

Thank you to Fern Residency, Jamnagar for arranging such an incredible stay for the last 2 days. Manager Mr. Deepak Kumar walked the extra mile and assisted us in every way possible to make sure our stay was memorable. Staff - Sumanpreet, Shashi, Ritik and The White Sand staff - Sanjay, Surendra really took very good care of us and accommodated the requests made. Really look forward to staying here and at Fern again!

It was a great experience staying at The Fern ..Staff was very polite and supportive..food was great and rooms were clean..they have a self drive option too..the only thing is people in Jamnagar recognise it more of a JCR than The Fern..and since it is on highway people think it is very far but somebody coming from big cities will not feel so..overall it was a great experience for me

Since the hotel is on the highway junction you, could hear the heavy vehicles honking and very clearly audible in the room all nights, hospitality worst to the core, housekeeping forgets the bathtowel, realizing after shower is the worst situation.mostly they are forced to not replenish toiletries. Clogged drains helps to wet your feet every time you enter. And if you complain they have a temporary fix. And never ready to change the room. Reception is very hard to reach over the phone just to ask a soap ( since it was not there), and response is too late that one can grow his beard and ask for soap and grooming kit together. If you order in the morning you could surely get it the next day morning!. Go ahead and book but pls don't forget to bring your own towel, sanitary needs, drain cleaner, pest repellents, Universal TV remote, wifi boosters etc.... 5 🌟
