The policies aren't helpful for the customer. The hotel only cares about their income. Booked a room and paid in advance online by contacting them personally. Had some sudden extreme genuine travel issues due to which me and my friends couldn't arrive on that day. Called the hotel people and informed them about the same. 1) No change of dates allowed by the hotel. 2) No refund given. 3) No partial cancellation. Their sole objective was to make money no matter the circumstance of the customer. 4) No human compensation at all. Just paid them Rs.5600 for no services provided in return. Congratulations to their profit.

Not as good as it looks in pictures. Service is very very decent. Our bathroom kept smelling the entire team and housekeeping couldn't figure out why. They even charge for basics like water bottles.

Shabby rooms, outdated decor, restaurant inside the property was of no use, very limited food and drinks options. Staff says no to everything for an example of hiring cabs, they don't even have their own travel desk, even for corporate customers they want customers to pay cash to the drivers. The minimum flexibility you would want is to add to the hotel bill and charge it together.

This is a nice hotel, wakable distance to Miramar beach and Goa science center. The staff is very co operative and helful. Mr. Ravi from Restaurant went an extra mile and helped us with dinner eventhough it was a Diwali holiday. The services are very much appreciated. Rooms are nice with daily housing keeping. Room service is very fast. The reception staff is very helpful.

Damn the most stupidest property I have ever stayed in.. Hotels excuse... Me can you please send me the menu. Sir there's a bar code The bar code doesn't works. Do you have whiskey glasses.. Sir we don't have a bar so no glasses. Can I get a ashtray. Sir we don't have ashtrays. What if I ordered food from outside.. Sir we can't provide you plates. Pathetic.
