The rooms at the hotel were clean. The location was convenient to visit other tourist spots. Breakfast could have been better. Overall experience was nice

There is no proper parking place in this hotel. They make us to park the car in an open site next to the hotel in the dust and hot sun. Coming to the rooms, the bed linen and blankets were reused and had to request the house keeping to replace it with washed ones. Food is average and service was very slow. Overall average experience

Worst ever experience in Bijapur The Fearn residency...Staff don't know local laungage .Full day of stay disturbed ..Inspite of complaints no action taken ...These newly passed Either degree or mba students who don't know the importance of service quality...Pathetic experience..I will never ever going to come again ..I suggest please look out for any other property...simply pathetic ...hopeless....no senior manager to take care of these basics ...only name of the hotel not enough ..
