I have stayed at the Hotel Golden park for vacation with my family. Neat and clean rooms... Located at the center of the city and easy access to bus stand and railway station. Staffs were courteous. Highly recommend..

Good hotel, good staff, good location. One thing though. Carry your own towels and bedsheets. They seem to not have changed bedsheets or towels since the time they started. Found train bed sheets to be better than their bedsheets and towels scrape your skin out.

staying at Hotel Golden park was the worst experience for me. For others who are going to book room in this hotel I would like to highlight following points- 1. Bed sheet & pillow covers totally uncleaned 2. you will find 100 of bedbugs in your bed who will not let you sleep 3. Blood strain every where on your bed due to those bedbugs 4. No housekeeping at all 5. No restaurant facility so think twice before you book here

I am a regular customer to this property. it is located near to Junction and Meenakshi temple. you will get all type of transportation from door step. it is a calm and neat property. Staff are very polite and sincere. when I forgot to take my shirt from the room, after 2 Hrs after check out they called me to come and collect. really appreciaate them. You can go with your family also to this property, even single female traveler can stay there. Very safe place.

Poor service,- when we asked for extra bedding for my kid, they initially said its avl before reservation but din mention anything about the cost 500rs associated with it, when we asked for why they dint after checkin, they were rude and asked us to contact higher manager who wasnt available either. Paying is not an issue but the way you deal with customers is far more important than anything else. Learn how to be nice to people and transparent with them at the outset and rather than trying to get people to reserve a room with false premise. AC ROOMs were available but doesn’t have any controls to control the temperature. Bathrooms had black fungi(mold) and toilets/sink are not well maintained, for the price around 2K, IT IS TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT!!!!!! WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST STAYING IN THIS HOTEL!!!!!!
