Negatives: 1) There was lizard in the washroom 2) Cockroaches were there in the washroom and living area. 3) Flush was not working in one of the washroom 4) Induction gas was part of the package, but it was not provided to us. Then the manager told that they do not provide induction gas due to pest control issues. Later, when I saw the staff providing to another guest, the manager told that we only provide on chargeable basis. There is no consistency here. 4) We had a family event and had booked a photographer. He was not allowed to enter the room initially. Later after a heated debate, he was allowed. 5) Housekeeping staff is available only for a specific period, later on there is no housekeeping service provided. 6) The front office manager Mr. Mohanty was loud, arrogant and non-cooperative. He has no sense of how to work in hospitality industry. 7) In case you don't have the door lock card, then the staff will only assist you to open the door, but will not provide the power connectivity to the room. 8) We had a bus which had to be parked in the hotel parking. The security guard did not understand the difficulty of how the driver would park in a small place and due to this our bus was damaged as the in gate had a big slope and the bus bottom brushed with the floor. Positives 1) Mr. Giles who is the GM was very cooperative and with his intervention we got few of the services which were denied initially. But, it did not make sense for us to call the GM for petty issues. 2) We had booked 2 BHK suite room which has a big living room 3) The location is good and you can easily move in-out to various locations. 4) Stayed for 3 days and the breakfast menu was different on all days. Suggestions: 1) Pest control needs to be done in all the rooms 2) Staff needs to be trained on how to interact with the customer 3) They need to be flexible with the rules especially for family customers who come to enjoy and celebrate in Goa. Would not suggest the hotel for family/group booking unless the hotel improves their services.

We stayed in a deluxe room. It is smaller than in the photos. But need and tidy. Bathroom is spacious. Its 1.6km from calangute beach. They have a swimming pool. We have taken their lunch/dinner plan. Food was good. But you have to inform them in advance. Its prepared on demand. Service is awesome. Very friendly staff and ready to help with our any requirement.

Very spacious and comfortable rooms, giving off a home-like feel. Genuinely helpful and cooperative staff, not far from the beaches. Perfect for a family or all friends trip.
