Located a little far from city's centre Grasmere offers a very serene view from rooms. Rooms were very spacious, clean and property is very well maintained. Photogenic portrait scenarios everywhere around the resort. We had a great time in pool as well which was clean and again offered an amazing sight of the green valleys of Vagamon. Staff was very supportive, we were travelling with an infant and was provided with a cradle in the dining area (they themselves offered the facility). Food was also good..... they have good variety of veg and non-veg options. Concluding this we had a great stay at this resort and will definitely suggest a stay here.

Please stay away and skip this resort. Worst worst terrible!!!!! Worst accommodation I ever got, the photo which we see in the website compared to the actual is totally different. The bedsheet were not clean and we had ask the house keeping for changing the sheet. There were no floor mat in the room. Bathroom had a stinking smell and the water was not going properly. All the curtains in the room and bathroom had dust and stain. The room door was very hard to close and open. Food quality was average and don't expect all the dishes which you see in the menu. Breakfast was below average and you won't get multiple options there. Service was poor, we had to wait for half an hour for tea. Teaspoons were not available. The road towards the resort is ridiculous. The property is situated in a small area fully occupied with cottages (we had a different thought looking at the photos in the website). It is situated 20 km away from the meadows. The funny part is you won't get bill for the payment, when I asked whole check out they told they would message me, but haven't received yet. The whole experience was terrible.

We had a great atmosphere with great service and guest hospitality. Really want to thank each and every staff of the resort especially to the Manager Praveen who made our stay more memorable and delightful.Thanks and much appreciated

Memorable stay. Rooms, food and services were so smooth. Right from our arrival till checkout... The manager and the service boys took care of everything. Rooms were clean and spacious. The sun rise view rooms are preferable. The valley view rooms are also good. We had to shift rooms and since we were travelling they did that for us. They even found out two toy cars of our 2 year old son from the previous room and returned to us. They had arranged a beautiful pineapple cake for our anniversary celebration. The breakfast buffet is amazing. Not just because it's complimentary but because it has so many optiions viz. Tea, coffee, cornflakes, watermelon, chole bhature, upma, idli, appam etc. Lunch and dinner were also delicious. They made food according to our requirement. Only con is its location. It's around 8.5 kms from the market. Around 700 mtrs towards the resort, the road is terrible. Not preferred for hatchbacks or sedans. But okay for SUVs. Overall a very good experience.
