The rooms were lovely, tidy and had connected balconies which was ideal as a group. The amenities were clean and accessible. The location was central as it was a short walk to the Anjuna beachfront and short drive to local attraction. Above all, the main highlight of the stay was the staff. They were courteous, professional and went above and beyond to help us. We experienced issues with transport between Anjuna and our next location and the staff at the reception helped us immensely in organising another taxi for us, loaning us a room to keep our luggage and wait during our delay, and generally keeping us company. They are very friendly and accomodating people and made our stay at the Ivy Anjuna incredible. Thank you!

Any hotel is known by their services and this property has zero services. They panic when 4 people make an order, all mismanagement. The staffs are slow but do not be rude to them, food is worst. You order something and it will arrive 2 hours later Overall my personal experience is, people those who are ready to spend please please spend somewhere else, eat outside that's better option.

Clean decent place to stay and it's walking distance from the main street of Anjuna, the beach is around 500 mts walking. The hotel has its own basement parking, a small yet pretty little place.
