Newly built resort, Excellent place. Polite staff very efficient too. The food was really good and yummy. There was a good variety available for breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Rooms are very clean and tidy , big swimming pool and many others activities. All in all a very good experience. They even arrange for jeep safari. Our stay was enjoyable and we highly recommend giving it a try...

Having recently visited there in the past with a friend and very happy with it, I didn't think twice before booking this property again - this time I was travelling alone, thinking being a single lady they will look after me even more. but NO. It was the most terrible experience I have ever had in my 25 years of staying in a hotel. The front office person and the manager both were extremely rude and had no idea how to talk to guests even. They were rude, impolite and ill-mannered. 1. Despite me telling the restaurant that I do not eat Paneer on the first day itself, it was made yet again the next time i went there for dinner and when i asked them why did you make it since i told you i do not eat it, I was told that this is our menu and this is what is available. I didnt eat any food for an entire day. 2. Obnoxiously loud music was played by some rowdy guests right next to my room and despite me telling the manager four times it didn't get sorted - finally I had to tell them that I will call the cops and only then it was turned down. I felt very unsafe to even step out of my room with these loud rowdy men next door. 3. Despite clearly informing the front desk that I was not to be disturbed after 8 PM as I have early morning safaris and have to wake up at 4 am both nights 9 PM my door bell rang. The first day at 9 PM my door bell rang and it was a staff saying that he wanted to get the lunch bill signed. When i asked him that you couldn't have come earlier and is this any way of behaving? He said we have to get the bill signed now. The fact that they could not get it signed anytime from 6 PM onwards when I was back from safari till 8 PM was quite surprising. The fact that they woke a guest up to get a lunch bill signed speaks volumes about their hospitality and manners. I was so upset. I called the front desk and gave them a piece of my mind. They ensured it wont be repeated. Yet, the next night the same thing happened for a different reason. 4. The second night they ensured that they continuously rang the bell at 9 PM when i was fast asleep - they rang the bell until I woke up and opened the door and only to my dismay I saw four people standing with bottles of water saying that we distribute water at night. I was stunned and i I am amazed that any hotel can do this to their guest. No hotel distributes water at night especially waking up guests from their sleep. This exercise can be carried out any time during the day or the bottles can be left outside the room or when the guest is awake and available. Yet, they chose both nights to wake me up on some pretext or the other, despite clear instructions. A successful hotel does not mean good rooms and good food alone but hospitality, service, and manners - all of which they lack. They need major lessons in hospitality, ethics, behaviours and manners. The front office staff is extremely rude and impolite. I wouldn't recommend this to any serious travellers. Pay more and go to hotels where the hotel knows the meaning of service and how to run it.
