The women with curly hair at the first floor is extremely rude and has zero work ethic .Also most of them at the first floor lined together are never on time and make the customer wait for hours . It would be better if they know that they are being paid by the government and it's not their meherbaani neither their home work. So please know your limits when you talk to the people because of whom you are getting paid.

Some of the staffs have heights of not being punctual. Please know that other people's (customers) time is as precious as theirs. Kindly not make them wait for hours for 5 minute tasks also refrain from making hurtful personalized comments towards your consumers. That is basic human nature.
