Location of this hotel is excellent. Food quality is very good. Service was not good at all.I took the executive room with facility of steam bath. For this particular facility I booked the room paying more over delux and family room. But could not use it as it was not working. I requested them to fix it and they sent someone who had no idea about how to fix the steam sauna. Even there was problem with the geyser and hot water was not coming out of the tap after switching the geyser for 15 min. The electrician did not show up even 30 minutes after I complained. Cleanliness was average, the floor was sticky, bedsheet was not clean as you expect in a good hotel. I checked in for 2 days but checked out on the second day because of all the trouble fixing and time consuming efforts I had to put in. I stayed here on 22nd Jan, 2024.

Mr.Kamal was fantastic, professional and very helpful in booking a last minute room. He allowed us an early check-in, which made our stay more comfortable. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Food was delicious. Service was impeccable. Highly recommend.

We had a delightful stay at Lake Hill View hotel in front of Bhimtal Lake. The receptionist, Soumya, displayed exceptional hospitality with her great behavior. Special thanks to the staff, Akshay and Sunita, for their assistance with food. The picturesque location coupled with the friendly service made our experience truly memorable. Highly recommend!

Stayed there for 2 nights couldn't sleep because of noisy neighbors and traffic noise. The staffed didn't seem competent as they didn't service the room even once though I specifically requested them and left my keys. Room wasn't as good as marketed in pictures. could not try the dinner as their kitchen start serving from 7PM only. For the price point I booked at (a long weekend but an off season) it was not worth at all. Prefer nearby Sarovar or Country Inn
