We have stayed here for a week. A very well maintained resort, with lots of green landscape . Everything was wonderful since first minute to last minute of our stay . Each and every staff from housekeeping to the Manager, of the resort was personally available to take care of their guests. Receptionist ,is always ready to help . Good Hospitality with a traditional touch. Food is good. Room and Toilet cleanliness are excellent. Decent location. The photos of the hotel showed in various Travel Websites doesn’t resemble actual. The hotel and rooms are much more looking good from the photos. The greenery that surrounds the place is beautifully maintained. The facade is also charming. Quite spacious lounge area for meeting and conferences. The best resort to visit to have a peaceful stay.I would suggest this place for everyone and waiting for another vacation to visit again.

I Had a very nice experience staying at this resort. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and the housekeeping was extremely helpful. The spa treatments here are to die for completely worth every penny. A good family getaway place.

We had a pleasant and peaceful stay at the resort. Everything from check-in to check out was smoothly handled by the well trained staff. Special mention to Nileema, guest relations at the reception, who ensured we had a comfortable stay throughout. The breakfast buffet had a good spread, evening high tea could be improved to add some snacks. Dine-in menu has a good variety. The resort itself is a haven, spread across backwaters and private access to the beach. Good to visit again for a break from the mundane.

Great rooms, location is spot on but service leads to being slightly desired. Not something you expect for a resort of this opulence. Even the food was the biggest let down and the high tea was just tea and maybe coffee which I found little odd and you besides some cookies there was nothing for someone like me to eat. But the location and room are being pros to go here and I would definitely visit againm
