The Latitude

We recently stayed at this hotel for one night while in Haridwar on trip back to Delhi and I cannot fault or thank their staff and manager Renuka enough for their honesty and customer service going above and beyond their duties. Events below are reason why you will feel in safe hands of honest hotel staff and I personally recommend this hotel while in Haridwar: Unfortunately I forgot my wallet with considerable amount of Indian rupees and also all my personal information and documents inside the room and only realised after reaching Delhi, we immediately rang the hotel and they promised to look and call us back. They called within 20 minutes and advised nothing was found in the room except for clothes we had donated to staff. I was really annoyed with myself as I knew I had left it at bedside table and was sure it was still in the room. It dampened my mood for my last day and half of stay in India, not giving up I messaged the hotel manager (Renuka) on WhatsApp to see if they would be able to have a thorough look. I didn’t hear back before flying out of India but my dad received a call from them saying they had found my wallet wedged between bedside table and bed. That was the best news to land back home to and also made me believe in honesty of good people at this hotel. Thank you to all staff who helped Renuka and appreciate your customer service. Will be sure to pop in next time I pass Haridwar to extend my gratitude! **Only thing that could be improved is better opening times for their restaurant (earlier in the morning and evening).
