We recently stayed at this hotel for one night while in Haridwar on trip back to Delhi and I cannot fault or thank their staff and manager Renuka enough for their honesty and customer service going above and beyond their duties. Events below are reason why you will feel in safe hands of honest hotel staff and I personally recommend this hotel while in Haridwar: Unfortunately I forgot my wallet with considerable amount of Indian rupees and also all my personal information and documents inside the room and only realised after reaching Delhi, we immediately rang the hotel and they promised to look and call us back. They called within 20 minutes and advised nothing was found in the room except for clothes we had donated to staff. I was really annoyed with myself as I knew I had left it at bedside table and was sure it was still in the room. It dampened my mood for my last day and half of stay in India, not giving up I messaged the hotel manager (Renuka) on WhatsApp to see if they would be able to have a thorough look. I didn’t hear back before flying out of India but my dad received a call from them saying they had found my wallet wedged between bedside table and bed. That was the best news to land back home to and also made me believe in honesty of good people at this hotel. Thank you to all staff who helped Renuka and appreciate your customer service. Will be sure to pop in next time I pass Haridwar to extend my gratitude! **Only thing that could be improved is better opening times for their restaurant (earlier in the morning and evening).

Good rooms and clean rooms. Good people. Excellent service. But, they should open their restaurant in the morning, not at 8am.

We stayed in this hotel from 14th April to 16th April for two nights and took three rooms. I have stayed in this property earlier as well when it was with "One Earth". I liked the rooms and overall feel/experience of the hotel at that time as well and the hotel was similar this time also. The thing that was better than before was the taste of their food. We had breakfast and dinner both at the hotel for both days and it was a good experience. All the dishes tasted good and portions were also quite decent. Breakfast had limited options but all things served were good. Service was decent and hospitality was good. Now for a few not so good things. The property has changed a lot of hands and is in real need of revamp/maintenance. Paintings in rooms/trays/wall paint all need revamp. I understand that the hotel is still in the developing phase but they have to spend some money now or otherwise guests would start feeling bad about the whole experience. Also parking is a bit of an issue as it is limited to around 8-9 cars only. Overall a good experience.
