There was no option for 0 rating or else i would have given them 0. First of all I had booked 2 Historical Suite and they overall experience was Pathetic. The staff behaviour is something I have never experienced in my entire lifetime. The breakfast spread is so horrible. They hardly had any options. Overall to anyone planning to book. I would suggest you rather book Narendra Bhawan. And for the management if you can’t run a hotel please lease it to professionals.

This is one of the hyped palaces. The palace is nice but the rooms are really bad, the people / assistants at the reception are worst ever. They did not even take our luggage when we entered and gave some hideous room. We asked for change, then we ended up in better room which was also below average. But dinner and breakfast was good, no complaints there. But overall instead its suggested to go another palace when in Bikaner.

I went there for dinner and this is the worst five star i have ever been too in terms of food. The place is good but the food sucks. Wasted my money. So if you are thinking of stay that’s fine but never visit it for food.

This place has good ambience but in terms of hospitality they are very bad. There was a marriage function in the premises during our stay, they never told us anything about the function & took advance payment as well. It was very noisy & children were unable to sleep, the staff was relaxed, not bothered, no one is there to listen to us. Had a horrible experience. They charge so much for everything but the hospitality is zero & worst. Worst experience ever.
