I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel like a valued guest. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. I had a stunning view of the city from my window, which added to the overall experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights of my visit was the hotel's dining options. The food at the on-site restaurant was exquisite, and I enjoyed every meal I had there.

The only way perhaps to describe my experience would be to say that- it was once in a lifetime kind of experience. Words betray me, when I try to express the luxuries of my stay at this place. As is obvious, by this review so far, the entire hotel is more than an experience, it is certainly going to be more than what you can expect. I was captivated the precise moment, I stepped in the premises. Everything ranging from the food to the ambience and the service was extraordinary! Highly recommended staying at the place.

The property is new as of July '23 when I visited with my family. So the entire area was clean and well maintained - from living area to rooms as well as corridors. Infrastructure - very good. Food - decently good. But the major complain is their service, which is very late and very poor! No issues with the boys who were serving in rooms, they were well mannered and serving good. But once you place the order at their reception (as instructed by them), it takes longer than desired for the order to reach the kitchen, and then the preparation of it starts. For example, you call at 7:30am for tea, and it will reach to you at 8:30am; when asked, the kitchen/serving boys say, they got the order just 15mins earlier. Other than that, we had a pretty good stay of 4 nights.
