We went to The Leela for lunch only. At the time the buffet was on and we decided to go for the buffet. Quality of the food was excellent. The food was very tasty as well but not spicy, without losing the original and authentic Indian and Kerala taste. Food was magnificent. I only have two feedback points: - 0.5 stars deducted for the staff originally not giving much if at all attention to us, in terms of providing us with a menu, or telling us of the options, we were looking for the staff to ask them what’s going on. The service improved later on, the staff assisted in taking very good photos and videos. - 0.5 deducted because the air conditioning simply did not work in our seating area (table 41 and 43) These are very easy fixes for the team. All in all still a good experience and thank you.

Attended a reception ceremony here. Must say the staff behaviour is really nice. The convention centre is clean and arranged beautifully. Food quality was awesome. Their Food was mildly spiced and prepared in less oil. The view from this hotel is amazing especially the sunset. If you ever get a chance to visit this Raviz hotel make sure you don't miss the sunset.

Had the most amazing 2 nights stay here. The lobby area itself attracts your attention while the view of the Ashtamudi lake behind is stunning. The lake view room was outstanding. It was spacious and very neat. The bath area was also very clean. The view of the lake from the balcony was fabulous. The food was good. We enjoyed the buffets for lunch/dinner and breakfast. The spread was big and whatever we tasted was delicious. The restaurant is also a spacious one and you don't feel cramped for space. The service in the restaurant is too good and the management of the whole dining is praiseworthy. Special mention to the restaurant staff. There was also a complimentary sunset boat cruise in the lake for about half an hour. It was very joyous to wade through the lake and have a look at the glorious setting sun. We also took the speedboat to Munroe Island which was a terrific experience. Though very expensive, the experience made up for it. The boatman Biju was excellent in his service. Overall, it was a fabulous stay and we thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it.

My name is christen cypher , well this is my business mail id , so you wont get to know who iam and about my details , well this is the second time iam staying here in this wonderful hotel so called raviz ashtamudi , i would say that this is a heavenly place with lots of landscapes and the Beautiful river which melts your soul and cools your heart , the food and the rooms are really great and it wont disappoint in anyway , this is one of the best hotel stays i’ve ever had, and i really enjoyed the stay in this hotel , i will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants enjoy the nature or want to spend time with your family or with your loved ones,this place will the be right one for you . This hotel is an excellent choice for an unforgettable stay .
