I am disappointed by the recent experience at this hotel. Despite paying in full for two rooms for 5 adults and 1 child, we were charged an extra 2500 rupees. The reason given was that each room was considered to have an occupancy of 1 adult. This felt unfair and misleading, as we had clearly specified the number of adults and children in our booking. This unexpected additional charge left a negative impression on our stay. I believe that transparency and clear communication are essential in the hospitality industry. It's important for hotels to honor the terms of their bookings and not take advantage of customers. I hope the hotel can address such issues to ensure a more pleasant and trustworthy experience for future guests.

Location is easy to find. Rooms are tidy and clean. No closed parking but a provision to park about 5 cars infront of hotel. Has a restaurant and bar inside the hotel. Beds are neat and comfy. Place has decent ambiance. Reception staff was polite and good.

Staff is quite unaware about their hotel's daily routine. Location is good. The rooms can be a bit cleaner and bigger. The hotel staff should clearly inform customers whether their stay is with or without breakfast during the time of booking. Wifi is extremely bad. Had to go to reception and the process of getting the password is unnecessarily long. Could have been solved with a simple user ID password.

I have stayed in this hotel many times over last 4 years. The rooms are decent but not to the level of the pricing charged. The food is buffet system but which otherwise of you are dining here separately the restaurant charges exorbitantly..... The Hotel has gone through some small level renovation. It is near to the airport just 5 mins drive away. Got metro train connectivity in 5mins walk. Good for stay with family if you are driving by Nagpur and need a stay.....
