Our one-day stay at The Manor in Naldehra was a truly wonderful experience for our family. The highlight was undoubtedly the breathtaking view from the balcony. Overlooking the scenic beauty of Naldehra , it left us spellbound, especially during sunrise and sunset. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-maintained, providing all the amenities we needed. The cozy interiors added to the overall charm of the place, making us feel at home. Moreover, the staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, ensuring our stay was hassle-free. Their hospitality enhanced our experience. In just one day, The Manor made our Shimla trip memorable. We left with a sense of tranquility and a deep appreciation for the natural beauty that surrounded us. If you're seeking a peaceful retreat with mesmerizing views, The Manor is the place to be.

The Manor Service Apartments is an excellent property with very welcoming and trained staff (security, housekeeping, food and beverages). We stayed for 4 nights with 4 adults and 2 infants. Pros 1. Service apartment rooms are big with huge balconies, apartments have all necessary appliances and utensils. Apartments are well maintained, beds, washrooms, and the kitchen are clean. All buildings have lift and property is well lit for evening walks. 2. Decent parking area for cars, all kinds of cars sedan, hatchback and SUV can be driven till the property. 3. Location is quite and views are good. 4. In house restaurant with very well managed staff. They really take care of the guest. 5. Meals can be cooked at the apartment and there is a grocery store in the property with all the basic stuff. 6. Good open space near the restaurant, kids can play, in evening restaurant staff can arrange bornfire (additional cost). Chef can make authentic himachali dishes on request. 7. Yoga session, hiking and spa are arranged for additional cost. 8. Food can be ordered and room service is available. 9. Safety and security is very good, I forgot my watch in room during checkout. Staff called me and informed. On my request they couriered watch to my home. Cons. 1. Approaching the road is a little narrow post coming down from Shimla-Tatapani road , just need to drive carefully. Summary - very good property near Shimla, if you like quiet places. Very comfortable than any hotel, convenient if you are traveling with kids and elderly. Meals can be prepared at apartments which makes it easier for kids and elderly. Naldera golf course is 10 mins drive and Durgapur (4 km) from property has decent shops in case you need anything. Moreover staff is very courteous and welcoming. We will visit again for sure.

I recently stayed at a hotel and had an amazing experience. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay

What a horrible and pathetic booking experience this has been. We booked the manor for x-mas holidays way back in july. Few days back we got a call that there is a mandatory x-mas night gala dinner costing 3500/- + taxes per person and there is no option for us to not opt for that. This is extremely disappointing why would you force your guests to pay and eat at your place only ?? What would happen if i don't like what you serve ? Would you refund ?
