Stained towels, cigarette smell inside rooms and corridor, worst service for the price you pay. No response to complaints. I was told it's by fortune group. They are spoiling fortune group reputation

Service was so bad and rooms are old and untidy, not worth the money. Reception staff is so unresponsive. Food is worse and very unhealthy. I suffered with vomitings and severe diarrhea after having breakfast at this hotel. I will not suggest staying at this hotel and can not believe that this is run by the fortune murali group.

I come from Spain to visit and this has been the best hotel without a doubt, the decoration is tasteful, the service from reception to the remaining and room service very friendly and attentive, excellent cleaning, . Good work and certainly will return.
