Had a great time with friends here. Have to goo a little inside from the main road to reach the hotel. The staff was very helpful and courteous, They also arranged a jungle safari for us. We also enjoyed the food that was being served at the hotel.

We had a pleasant stay at the resort. Service was excellent especially Mr. Vijay catered to our requests. The food was also very delicious. They also arranged early morning safari which was a good experience and value for money.

We were a group of family and friends. Stayed here for 2 days. Our stay was extremely comfortable. Rooms are maintained neat. Food is very homely and delicious. The best part of service is Santosh and Vijay who are always smiling and cater to your every need. They are doing a commendable job taking care of guests. Highly recommended for a cozy stay!!

We stayed here for 2 nights recently 26th to 28th . A decent place to stay at Masanagudi. Rooms and facilities are basic in standards. Food is hygienic and tasty. This was the main highlight for us and a welcome surprise. The service rendered by the resort staff Vijay is exemplary and worth mentioning. He was very helpful in explaining and answering to every query and trying to do the best for guests, inspite of the gaps in the hotel infrastructure. Manager Santosh for also very friendly and helpful to organising safaris an trips. What I learnt in this trip is that it makes better sense to visit such places during week days or during non peak seasons. There was huge rush to visit the Mudumalai forest and this itself acted as a damper to the animal sighting. Not to mention the more than double rates for all facilities in this tourist spot during peak season. We enjoyed our short vacation and made the best use of the holiday!!!

Visited on the long weekend of republic day, while prices spike due to demand, basic amenities within room were missing like WC's lid broken, Cable TV not working etc, Food and Service by Vijay was awesome, always with a smile. Location is pretty interior, with last 500 mtrs of literally no road, for new drivers could be a challenge. Not very kid friendly, not much to do in the estate either, so went jeep safari full day. Good place to spend a day, if the rooms are reasonably priced.( Non vacation period)
