We had a very bad experience in this hotel. Not gonna recommend anyone. Location and Rooms: 1/5. Located very far from the city and rooms are very compact. Do not go if you are claustrophobic. You will suffocate here. Service: 0/5. They won't listen to your requests and will make random excuses for everything. Restaurant: The food bill they will give will be completely different from the price mentioned in menu. If you question they will start arguing. Do not stay here with family. The staff are young fellows who are very rude and will just diturb you.

The hotel service is very poor. They exploit and threatened people by making fake bill of food. They will not listen to any request and just give excuses. They will disturb at midnight for some random and unreasonable requests and later bad mouth customers while check out if you question them. Never gonna stay again here and would never recommend anyone. Go to this hotel only if you want to loose your peace of mind.

Fabulous Stay. Very clean rooms and bathrooms. Courteous staff gave prompt service. Mr Prashant helped us a lot. Facility is very well managed. Initially while booking I was bit confused reading some not so positive reviews. But after our stay at hotel we are very satisfied and recommend to anyone any day. Facility is 15 mins away from centre but worth it. Very clean facility and value for money. Thank you Olivia hotel and staff for making our stay at Varanasi so pleasant.

We were 3 adults in 2 double rooms. What we saw. 1. Room size was okay, but no windows for outside view, felt claustrophobic. Bathrooms do not have dry area and is risky for especially for seniors. Lighting should be better above mirrors to facilitate shaving and makeup. Racks in Bathrooms should be at a lower level. 2. Food. Enough variety for morning buffet. Lunch and dinner preparations were good enough depending on your choice of menu. 3. Staff at reception, Mr. Sandeep, helped in seamless registration and the in-house staff were curteous and prompt in addressing our problems. 4. Location is in a quiet area but is far from important temples, ghats and sightseeing places. All in all we spent a comfortable 4 days at Hotel The Olivia, Varanasi.
