Travel date was 25 Dec 2023, Room No 201. Terrif was Rs. 2985/- per night. Food price is a little bit high but its quality and quantity are better. Room service and staffs are so cool and good in behaviour. Though some amenities are missing during checked in but in request they provided immediately without a word. Overall experience is 4/5 stars.

Bad and unprofessional customer service. Average food. Nothing noteworthy about the food. Bad experience with the staff. Staff does not call and inform he guest if any belongings of guest is left behind. They claim that it is not their problem. No idea why the hotel collects guests information, if they do not call and inform guests. Manager Anurag claimed that they have lots of other work and it is not their problem if customers leave behind their belongings. I asked them to tell me when did they call me. Obviously they do not have details of that since no one bothered to call. They themselves decided that the clothing left behind is of no value and not important for them to call us. Bad experience.

The staff is very harass to the guests even the senior employees were talking misbehaving with the guests. The Owner is very rude especially the MD and Gm are very rude to guests. In front of me they didn't even allowed the photographer to eat food as they holds the plates they took them off from them and use abusive language which I can't say in this because of guidlines. From my opinion Worst place for A function even it's wedding, aniversary or birthday party.

Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations with Hotel The Onix Firstly, the noise from the corridor can be a major mood spoiler, especially when you're trying to catch some Zs.. And come on, who forgets toothpaste and toilet paper? I had to request these essentials repeatedly, which was inconvenient and not in line with the standard service one would expect from a hotel. The malfunctioning TV added to my disappointment. Despite bringing the issue to their attention, there was no follow-up or resolution during my stay. Lastly, while the food was average, there was a significant lapse in following specific instructions. I had clearly communicated my preference for non-spicy food due to my baby, but unfortunately, both green and red chili were included. That's a big no-no. Outside food is strictly not allowed, so they must improve their food service at least. I believe providing feedback is essential for improvements. I am not recommending this hotel to anyone.

Very nice hotel! I enjoyed our stay there. Hassle-free check-in and check-out! You won't get a great view from the windows though. When we arrived, our room was fully clean and tidy. Bathrooms were also cleaned properly! Hot water is available 24/7 in all the taps too. Food was very good, they have a variety of different dishes like American, Italian and more! I LOVED the food! Service was just a little slow but overall good, I just don't like to wait 15 minutes to drink a glass of warm water that's all! Only bad thing that I noticed was that the TV channels did not work but I doesn't matter because who goes to a hotel to watch TV?? but whatever! The parking area in the basement has a big slope when you enter and I think some car with low ground clearance can get hit and damaged.
