The Orange Flag Renuka Hotel

Don’t come to this hotel. They charge you like any other three star hotel and don’t even provide hot water to bath. They will bring it in dirty buckets and give 1 bucket per person. It is absolutely disgusting. Food is also terrible. I would never visit this place again. Horrible experience. Third class hotel

I would highly recommend this hotel. Nested close to both Ellora (~30kms) and Ajanta Caves (~70kms). Being close to highway you can save any city traffic. There is no noise despite being next to the highway and overall has a sense of peace. I had booked 3 executive rooms with full meal plan. They have private car parking as well. The folks in the reception and service are very nice people and helpful. - The rooms were very neat and tidy. AC was working fine. Room lighting was good. Had Cupboards. Mineral water was provided in the room. Only thing which can be improved in the room is to enable cable tv channels for TV. We found that Tata Sky subscription was not enabled. Also if any small indoor playing options can be added would be good too for residents. - Bathrooms were also neat and tidy and had hot water and cold water. 2 soaps were provided. Note that no Dental kit was provided which is fine considering the hotel rate. - Dining: It is a Veg hotel. Food menu is quite extensive. The food served was simply delicious and portions were fine. Even during dining they served mineral water without extra charges is simply brilliant. Seating was very good. Despite having MAP, they allowed us to choose anything from the menu and served us. This is simply Awesomeee. The only improvement which I can suggest here is to speed up the serving time. One Trick I would recommend is to inform the hotel in advance around meals you are planning to have and the time so that they can prepare and keep it ready. They also call the room when food is ready. Very good service with that respect. In summary we had a great stay and very pleased considering the room rate and the service that I received. I would suggest to anyone and would definitely come back again. Thanks Orange flag hotel!!
