This is one of the best places to stay with your friends as it is in budget and also nearby to all famous beaches. The owner is also very helpful in terms of check-ins and any issues faced during the stay.

We stayed in their Orchid House property which is located above the post office, Anjuna building. Few things to note: 1. If you are expecting luxury including TV and other amenities, then this place is not for you. The beds are super comfortable, but apart from that, do not expect any other amenities. 2. The shower sprayer in our bathroom was not working and even the water was not hot enough for the bath. I understand it was the rainy season, but it would have been great if there was a geyser instead of a solar water heater. 3. The room was not ready on arrival even after calling and confirming our approx time of arrival one day prior in advance. Although , the host apologised for the same. 4. Do not expect service if you are staying at the Post Office property. We complained about the shower thing and the host promised she would come and get it checked, but no one came and not even called to check whether the issue still persisted or not. 5. Coming to the best part. Goa is a place where you find everything costly. If your budget is low and if you want to spend less in stays and more on partying, then this place is for you. This place should be one of the cheapest stays in the Anjuna area I believe. And as I mentioned earlier, the beds here are super comfortable. You will definitely get a good night's sleep here.

Rooms are spacious, clean and have balcony to each room. Hot water was available 24*7. Includes refrigerator but no wardrobes. Four wheeler parking available for 1-2 cars. Overall good deal.

This place has Goan feels, a spacious room with balcony. It’s pretty close to Anjuna beach and you can easily get food/groceries delivered by Swiggy. They also provide refrigerator and water graciously. Just be sure you are ready by 11 am for checkout. Owners are sweet. Value for money option as they have ac rooms in affordable price. The beds are bit hard but you will get up early to witness sunrise so it’s a blessing in disguise. :)
