This place was so disgusting. Horrible customer service, worst experience ever. I have honestly never been anywhere and met such rude two faced staff. The owners and treatment given are not good. Not very customer focussed at all. Every request got a 'oh why have you disturbed me' look. If they could charge for something they would. Felt like they wanted every last cent from us and then wanted us to get the hell out of there so they could bleed some other tourists dry. The desk person is quite a corse character and although we're not snobs, found him to be abrasive and two-faced.

I stayed in this hotel with my father as we had to visit Medanta hospital. We stayed in balcony room. The room was clean, spacious, with ample light. The washroom was clean too. The room also had an attached kitchen with all the utensils and a refrigerator. I would definitely prefer this hotel for my future trips.

Nice place to stay, rooms are so clean and tidy. Parking facility is available and you need to park outside, there is no food available in the premises. Staffs are okay but not that much helpful. Prices seems little bit higher side as there are lot other nice staff available for lesser price.
