My hotel room experience was exceptional. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The view from the window was breathtaking. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a memorable stay.

It's a basic hotel. Rooms are clean but toiletries were missing , towels were dirty. Don't opt for buffet breakfast, it's pathetic. Just a sandwich, poha and paratha will be called buffet breakfast. Not at all a good experience 😕

The worst hotel I have stayed in my life. Staff misbehaved with the lady guest. Know one was there to help the guest at the time of check-in. We have to leave the hotel even after our booking was nonrefundable thur goibibo. This hotel should get -5 star,1 star is very high rating for then.

No proper welcome. Needed to ask for water on entry. Took advance payment and was informed the reason for advance payment it was informed that it is a policy and when requested to show but was not shared. Mr. Ketan Tailor exhibited very bad and discouraging verbal and non verbal communication when requested for the policy. No regret for the attitude exhibited despite informing him that I would be posting it on website / social media. Mr. Sahil could not impress upon Mr. Ketan to express regret. Ms. Kinjal, bulk business incharge was the witness to the attitude / behaviour exhibited by Mr. Tailor. She was the only one to have a responsive attitude. Had to request for a receipt against the advance payment which did not reveal that advance was paid. Had to get Paid written and signed thereon. On requesting for the higher authorities contact details, Mr. Sahil bluntly refused despite being fully aware that am to pen down my experience. Is this expected from a Hotel which is a service industry wherein the highest level of Ettiquettes are expected? Just think before deciding to stay at this Hotel.
