SCAM Alert.....Fraud Alert.... Worst hotel which I have ever seen in my whole life. They are number 1 frauds.I have booked the hotel for two days in oyo and I have paid the full amount. When I reached there after 11 hr journey from Kerala, they asked me to wait for some time. I have waited for more than an hour. They are treating their customers like beggers. First of all there were no receptionists or staffs instead of some frauds behaving like gundas. I was worried that they may attack me sometimes. I also heared that one of the guy in the reception was beating some other person and shouting with abusing language. It was an hour of frustration for me. When a man with specs, beard and moustache came, he was steaming at me and told that no rooms are available there. They are saying they wont give rooms for oyo customers, told me to clear the place with in no time. He told me to complaint im oyo and addedd that they wont give any room to oyo customers. After an argument with oyo customer care they provided some other facility which was comfortable for me. However I have travelled around 5km extra to access it.My only intention was to escape from these gundas and ensure my safety. So my humble request is not to select this hotel (Super OYO Hotel The Park View Inn Chennai). They will destroy your whole trip. Sometimes they may shout at you or they may attack you. I am also worried about the safety of those who stay in the hotel ,especially for the couples and families. Please dont select this hotel. They will cheat you. My humble request to oyo is to remove these frauds from oyo, otherwise they will spoil you name. Giving rating 1/5 only because 0 and negetive are not available.

I really do not know how this worthless hotel has got a 4* rating on Google... I would have given it a "0" star. First of all, I made the booking through OYO. I reached Chennai after a long tiring 14 hour train Journey at 10.15 PM. I reached the hotel and they refused to check me in saying the amount reflected was too low for them. I called the OYO helpline number and he said he'll speak to the manager. I don't know which number they were dialing, but no one called the reception. The OYO helpline called back again and said he'll speak to the Manager, but he flatly refused to take my phone. Then the OYO helpline said they'll try and accomodate me in a nearby hotel and put my call on hold. Sometime later he comes back and says the reception at this new hotel is also not taking the phone, he said he'll try another hotel and put me on call again, result was the same. I suggest that I will make the additional payment and if OYO can in some way reimburse me I would be fine. He said OYO will not refund in any way. Since it was too late in the night I told the hotel I will pay whatever is it that they are asking and asked them for a room. They gave me a non-ac room and the bedsheet had large stains. I asked the person to change the sheet and he comes back with another sheet which also had stains and he tells me that all the sheets are like this only. I then went and paid extra money and shifted to an AC room. The AC is automatic. Switch on and the AC works, you cannot change settings, switch off if it gets too cold etc. About the room... There was a conference of mosquitos in the room and the bathroom was a spectacular sight to see... Cobwebs in all the corners with spiders dancing around. No hot water and a thin stream of water coming from the pipe. The bucket looked like it has not been washed since the hotel was inaugurated and looked like the oldest surviving bucket alive in Chennai. The wash basin pipe will turn when you turn the tap, you have to hold both parts incase you want water. I really don't know what to say, but if you go there and stay, stay at your own risk.

One off the worse room experience I got.full of mosquitos 🦟🦟 no ac ,washroom condition was petatic.staff are very rude ,they don't provide towel, shop or ashtey when I ask for astray hotel staff are telling to throw in floor ,no higenic and please don't booked through Oyo they are telling Oyo are not accepted l Booked in Oyo for rs 600 but they didn't accept it and charges rs 1000 rupees with out any amminities, please don't booked this hotel for future reference it's worse hotel I have seen not worth for money is like a small pig house.

So heads up! These people are running a SCAM!. They just bait you from online booking sites and apps to the their hotel with low prices and free breakfasts. Then deny it, Bluntly refuse such rates and facilities with harsh behaviour. They want people to come there and have no other means than paying more expensive rates. Hospitality is a big zero here. This place should be shut down by the tourism board. Absolutely bad place for stay. Steer clear of this property.

WARNING : *FRAUD HOTEL* ______________ My experience: TERRIBLE..😡😡.... Hotel's google pictures do not smell, but hotel: YES 🤮🤮. ______________ Many reasons to NOT to book this SH*T !!! - I book this hotel from OYO, then yhe hotel charged extra amount on arrival. - They did not provide receipt for that extra payment. While asking again and again for it, still they did not provide. - All staff is filled with unprofessional young boys. - If you love MOSQUITTOS, then this is the perfect place for you. - room was SMELLING - water was dripping on the 3rd floor, anyway they have fixed it by putting the bucket under it. - window glass was broken in my room, anyway they have fixed it by covering with curtains. ______________ I am waiting for OYO to resolve the issue, else I am going to consumer court. No other should suffer from these LOTTERS. They have to pay my hard earned money. ______________ Words to the hotel: What is karma :: If you know you've been good to someone & they did you wrong, wish them luck & just chill!! God works in mysterious ways!!!!
