Staff was not cordial at reception. I guess they need better staff at the front desk for people to visit their hotel again. Also, they charged money for toddlers' milk, which doesn't happen in any big hotel.

Cleanliness of Rooms - 5/5 Hospitality and service - 1/5 Food - 0/5 The staffs are rude and impolite. I had a very bad experience with their servers as well as managers. Hotel staffs think its hotel management responsibility to look into the issues and their managers (event and general) are in denial and in a virtual world thinking that they are providing a top notch service. They should check the feedback form to know about their hospitality and service . Coming to the food, the food served is bland and tasteless. I am not sure even if their chef tastes it after making or here also they think that your customer/visitors tastebuds have a problem? Though this hotel is ratesd 4.2 on a scale of 5, never opt for hosting an event in their banquet hall. We booked the banquet hall for an event and the experience of all of my guests went sour because of their pathetic service and tasteless food.

It's quite a good one. If proper care and efforts done can be a renowned hotel in Kanpur. But one thing, they need to train their valets, reception and parking people to be more polite and non judgemental. In the hospitality sector the behaviour of the staff matters a lot.
