The hotel is over rates for its price. The advertised rack rate is Rs. 7500 + per night. It is not worth it. The rooms are neat and food is good. The location is its best asset. Maintenance is an issue and for this price we expect things to be much better. The var is well stocked but overtly expensive. A large peg of good scotch costs upwards of 2500 rs....and you don't get any sides. If you are looking for an excellent location and don't mind spending money, yes this is the place to visit

Went for a Wedding Reception. The convention centre is Good. There was a beautiful Swimming pool in the Hotel and view to kollam beach. But being the backside or what they didn't cared about the view and is distracted by some other things . If it can be adjusted by the hotel management the view becomes really excellent. Just want to tell to the hotel management. The hotel is around 2km from Kollam Railway station. MG park is also there nearby.

Neat beach, less crowded. Best time is 5 to 10pm. You can enjoy sea whether. Food items not available. Hotel is good, beach view is excellent.

One year ago, in the end of 2022, when I stayed in this hotel I felt awesome.Everything was clean and well maintained. So I didn’t had a second thought when I booked this hotel again in December 2023. However, I am taken aback due to the sight of very poorly maintained furnitures and bathroom accessories. The doors and furnitures have unsightly scratches and marks. Wardrobe doors were making loud creaking noise while opening and closing. Its hinges look like it had never been oiled at all. The corridor carpets looks very dusty and dirty. The bathroom commode flush button had to be tapped multiple times to make water stop after flushing. The quality of extra bed provided was also not good. The food quality in the restaurant was also only average. Overall, I didn’t feel that I am staying in a top rated star hotel. Although the staff is responsive to the ad-hoc requests, I think nothing was being done by the management proactively to maintain the quality I saw here a year ago. Even a cab I booked through the hotel has become four times higher than the prevailing rate outside. (I was charged ₹.1300/- for going to a place 6 km from hotel, 30 minutes waiting time and back to hotel. In 2022 December I could go to that same place with one-third that rate when booked through hotel). I think the hotel should have done a better negotiation with the cab operator company regarding cab rates. Only good thing here I felt is the view of beach and swimming pool. But the exorbitant tarif rate doesn’t seem worth it. Hence I’m not sure if I will book this hotel again when I come to Kollam again
