Totally let down by this reservation. Upon entering the property I was told there was ongoing construction on the property and basically all amenities were off limits. I should have left right then. I decided to proceed with the stay figuring that it being a weekend construction would be non-existent or at least less. To my amazement, construction was going full force from 7am until 8pm on Saturday and the time I was there on Sunday! The hotel should show a little respect for their guests especially on a weekend. I could not even call down to the reception because my phone in room did not work. Adding to my displeasure was the hour long sound of something throwing up in another room, which the sound echoed through the vents from some other floor. Not an exciting sound to hear in the morning before breakfast. My last complaint, and probably most discusting, was that the first night I encountered 3 mosquitos at night. Two I was able to kill when I woke up throughout the night. The third actually went up my nose and bite and caused me to have a bloody nose, which got all over the blankets. Terrible and worrisome experience. I hope that I have not contracted anything from these mosquitos! The only credit I will give is to the staff and breakfast experience which I thought was excellent but was overshadowed by the constant construction noise and bugs!

The hotel is undergoing major renovations and it's very loud everywhere. Even the rooms have constant drilling, hammering and grinding noise even in the middle of the afternoon. No way one can relax here. Staff were kind enough to show us an alternative room but no luck. All restaurants but the coffee shop are also closed. The hotel should not be accepting reservations with this level of disruptions.

Good rooms. Excellent service. Only one restaurant was functioning may be coz of renovation. Food was OK.

We went for a family dinner party. Though we had booked in advance, they didn't do proper logistics management. Tried to squeeze 60 people in a 50 seater. It was a weekday and most of the seats were empty. Buffet spread was good, but if they had enthusiastic staff the experience would have been better. All of them looked like they were doing a service to us.
