My stay at the Red Velvet overall is fine. Nothing great, or charming. Rooms are OK, but compare with the money they charge I doubt. Toilet was not properly flushing. Food is great, breakfast spread is great. When we check out ,the hotel started saying we had taken a chocolate from the room fridge which we didn't, when we asked to check the dustbin to see whether chocolate wrap is there they were unable. We didn't wanna make a scene for Rs 185 hence we were not that cheap although hotel. Anyway be careful if you travel with kids coz during the check out they would tend to suspect your kid eating chocolates or whatever kept in the room 😜😜.

Experience was very good. Special mention for for room dining service which is managed by Mr Mallik and his team. Very impressive and cooperative. Food was much better than I visited in March 2023. Will definitely recommend this hotel for its convenient location as well.

Red velvet hotel one of the favorite hotel in Patna. I stayed during my first time in Patna! Up on arrival we warmly welcomed by the staff who was extremely friendly. Mr. Vikash Anand was outstanding, literally running around to get everyone what they needed. The room & washroom were in perfect condition & clean. Even the food was excellent . We really enjoyed my time in the hotel.. and also especially thanks to Red velvet management team....

I celebrated my 25 th marriage anniversary at Crystal banquet hall in Hotel Red Velvet in Patna, on 22nd of November 2023 and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The service was subpar, and the ambiance didn't live up to our expectations for a special occasion. Additionally, the staff seemed indifferent, which negatively impacted the overall celebration. The drinks at Red Velvet in Patna were a major letdown. The quality was substandard, and it felt like they lacked expertise in preparing mojito and fruit punch . The limited selection didn't cater to diverse preferences, and the overall taste was below par, significantly impacting our celebration experience. To add to the disappointment, the cutlery used at venue was notably substandard. The utensils were visibly worn and seemed unhygienic. This further detracted from the overall dining experience, leaving us dissatisfied with the attention to detail and cleanliness standards of the establishment.attitude The negative attitude of the staff at Red Velvet in Patna left a lasting impression. Their demeanor was unfriendly, and it seemed like they lacked genuine interest in ensuring a positive customer experience. This, coupled with other issues, made our anniversary celebration a regrettable choice at this particular hotel. Overall it was disappointing !!
