The rooms are not clean and bedsheets pillow all were not fresh one but already someone used the bed was not changed. There was some typical smell in the hotel of moisture or other. No restaurant in the hotel but adjacents restaurants they can provide food. No complimentary breakfast but rates were high compared to other best hotels and inhouse restaurant

The staff is so rude and talks illogical adamant specially Gaurav the manager…the night manager is even worse….totally orthodox they say their owner is insane and do not allow visiting guest in room at all as if people are not booking a hotel…they are in jail…totally worthless to spend 3200 INR for one night…what a waste of money….no dinning no breakfast…these people are so adamant that they show that they are offering five star property…totally waste of money to book ghis hotel

Only my visit for South indian Sagar Ratna dosa delicious Here you can eat western and North Indian, South Indian food at one place like KFC, Sager Ratna, Piramid, ShirajLocation is good. Visible from Main GT Road. Rooms r spacious and clean. Washrooms are also good.But corridor and Rooms r not properly ventilated. Staff is unprofessional. Located just outside Karnal City, this hotel is not a luxury hotel. However rooms of this hotel are large, but not maintained well. Staff is lazy to clean the rooms. Restaurant of this Quality of food is average.
