I was at Sylvan Retreat in November 2022 for a short winter break with family and friends. The retreat is a green marvel with huge lawns and beautiful flowers and trees all around. We enjoyed the pleasant weather and the outdoor activities including sports – cycling around the property in the morning is a fond memory. We also loved walking by the riverside adjoining the property. The rooms are spacious with all the essential amenities and are well-maintained and clean. The on-site restaurant served good meals. The staff was very warm and courteous. One of the highlights of the stay was the bonfire organized by them at night. We had a great experience. Looking forward to a second trip back soon.

My family and I spent 2 delightful nights at The Sylvan Resort, and it was an unforgettable experience. The resort is spacious, well-maintained, and exquisitely designed. The staff was incredibly courteous and attentive to our needs. The resort had various outdoor activities too ensuring we felt close to nature throughout our stay.Also a river is flowing nearby which is peaceful and very beautiful. Looking forward to our next visit!

In October 2023 I spent a few days with my family and friends at the retreat. It was a beautiful winter getaway. The retreat itself is a verdant wonderland, with large lawns and lush greenery and trees scattered throughout. We had a great time, enjoying the mild weather and outdoor activities. If you are looking for a good place to stay must recommended place to visit..

Nice location and setup but far from ideal. There is a lack of service mindset and too much ambiguity with staff, more self focused than customer. At the price point which they sell, the overall experience is not great. Though the resort has good options to spend time, but at this cost there are way much better options available in hill stations. Food is a doubt as they will only serve buffet when the occupancy is high but will continue to charge the per night cost the same. Half of our family members including adults had food poisoning so something was definitely wrong. No revisiting and not recommended!

I had visited Sylvan in the Apr-May summer holidays. The place was very quiet and calm, exactly what you need for a well-deserved break. The staff was warm and welcoming, ensured a home-away-from-home experience. We did a lot of outdoor activities to do - badminton, yoga, cricket and the best thing was nature walk within the resort. Highly recommended for those seeking a peaceful and refreshing getaway. The on-site restaurant serves delicious meals. The rooms are well maintained. I look forward to going back soon.
